Office Administrator

Location: Wisbech
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with bi-weekly Saturday cover (limited hours)
Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with potential to become permanent

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business based in Wisbech, who are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied office-based role providing essential administrative support to the Commercial and Transport teams. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

There is also the potential for the position to become permanent following the maternity cover period for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and processing transport invoices
Handling collection and delivery documentation
Providing administrative support to the Commercial team
Data entry and order management using the company ERP system
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing holiday cover where required
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Communicating effectively with internal teams and other relevant contacts
Full training will be provided on the company's bespoke ERP system.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an office administration role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
A professional, reliable and accountable approach to work
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Working Hours & Benefits

25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
