The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

They are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across East London and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be confident working across a range of general property maintenance tasks and take pride in delivering a high-quality, resident-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general property maintenance and repair works
Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations
Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
Work within occupied and tenanted properties
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Maintain accurate records of completed works using PDA systems
Work independently and as part of a wider team
Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents
Requirements
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum
Additional trade qualifications desirable
Part P qualification desirable
Good working knowledge of plumbing
Previous experience in property maintenance
Experience working within tenanted properties
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with PDA systems
Full, clean UK driving licence
DBS check or willingness to undertake one
Eligible to work in the UK
