The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment and places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning through its excellent Forest School provision, encouraging children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
The school is looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver planned interventions, provide classroom cover where required, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:
• HLTA qualification
• Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach
