Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Domestic Plumber to join a growing team of engineers. The role will involve carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations across a variety of commercial and residential sites.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Duties
The Plumber will be responsible for:
Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
Installing and repairing hot and cold water systems
Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults efficiently
Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
Working on systems including pipework, sanitaryware, valves, pumps and drainage
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Accurately completing service reports and job documentation
Liaising with site managers, clients and other engineers when required
Providing a professional and reliable service to clients
Requirements
Proven experience as a commercial and/or domestic plumber
Experience with maintenance and installation work
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and pipework
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent preferred)
Full UK driving licence
