Your responsibilities as a Skilled Production Butcher
* Carry out carcass breakdown and de-boning to required specifications
* Process a variety of meat species within a production environment

* Work closely with the Head Butcher and wider team
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
