A long-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing project management team based in Central London.

The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join:

A Senior Project Manager will be joining a successful consultancy who have 3+ offices across the UK and have a reputation for delivering public sector projects across the healthcare, education and government sector with contract values ranging from £15m-£250m.

Senior Project Manager Role:

The Project Manager will be working within a close-knit team consisting of Project Managers and Commercial Managers and will be working across each stage of the project lifecycle in the healthcare sector.

The Senior Project Manager will be experienced at carrying out pre and post contract duties and have solid experience of delivering new build developments, refurbishments, extensions and CAT A/B Fit Outs.

The Senior Project Manager will bring previous experience working in the healthcare, government or education sector and awareness of the NEC contract type.

The Senior Project Manager will be working on projects in the South of England and will be expected to be on site 3 days per week and can work from home 2 times a week.

You will be responsible for:

Lead project and multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project lifecycles
Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are progressing
Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and Project Directors
Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Facilitating meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsThe Senior Project Manager Requirements:

Experience working for UK construction consultancy
A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal
Knowledge of delivering construction projects within the healthcare, education or government sector (public sector)
NEC contract experience
Experience delivering new build developments, refurbishments, extensions and CAT A/B fit outs
MRICS Chartered or working towards it
Ability to commute to Brighton / surrounding area's
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsIn return:

£70,000-£80,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
3 days in office/site and 2 days wfh
Birthday off

8% pension contribution
Discretionary bonus up to 17%
