Exciting Interim Opportunity – Commercial Counsel - highly recognised brand

We are partnering with a high-growth, market-leading European business with a highly recognised brand and an ambitious international growth strategy.
The business is going through an exciting period of expansion and transformation following a number of significant acquisitions. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer to join a high-calibre legal team and make an immediate impact.
This is a broad, commercially focused interim role, working closely with Sales, Commercial and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll have genuine ownership of complex commercial matters and the opportunity to work on high-value agreements and strategic initiatives.
- Drafting and negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements.
- Advising on strategic partnerships and key commercial relationships.
- Working closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support transactions and growth.
- Supporting the integration of recently acquired businesses and harmonisation of contracts.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and helping the business navigate risk.
We’re looking for a strong mid-level Commercial Counsel who is confident negotiating sophisticated agreements and enjoys working directly with the business.
You’ll be commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused, with excellent stakeholder skills and the confidence to work with senior teams. You’ll enjoy variety, take ownership of your work and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for someone who can start ASAP for an initial 4–6 month period.
