We're seeking a customer-focused Inbound Sales Account Manager to manage inbound enquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys delivering excellent service, identifying opportunities, and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries and provide tailored product recommendations.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up opportunities to maximise conversions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
Experience in inbound sales, account management, or customer service.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Consultative sales approach with excellent attention to detail.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
