Area Sales Manager – Devon/Cornwall
£30,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing organisation within the hospitality, foodservice and procurement sector who are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team across Devon/Cornwall and surrounding areas.

The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing customers across the hospitality sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Developing relationships with hotels, restaurants, leisure venues and hospitality businesses
✔ Identifying new business opportunities across your territory
✔ Attending client meetings and providing consultative sales solutions
✔ Building long-term partnerships with key decision makers
✔ Managing the full sales process from introduction through to close
✔ Achieving and exceeding sales targets
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Experienced in B2B sales, account management or business development
✅ Confident building relationships face-to-face
✅ Target driven with a passion for winning new business
✅ Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable managing their own territory
Experience within hospitality, foodservice, catering, FMCG, wholesale or procurement would be advantageous but is not essential.
What’s on offer:
💰 £30,000 - £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
