Day Rate - £400 per day (umbrella)
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Operating Officer.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent diary management, strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex executive diary and meeting schedule.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, and follow-up actions.
Manage and prioritise correspondence and communications.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records and administrative processes.
Support the COO in managing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
About You
Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
Desirable
Experience supporting Executive or C-Suite leaders.
Current Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance
