The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Join one of the UK's leading property consultancies and play a key role in managing a prestigious commercial property portfolio on behalf of Trinity College, Cambridge.
Working within our growing Investment & Property Management team, you'll help deliver strategic asset and property management across a diverse portfolio of commercial, logistics, mixed-use and strategic land assets. Our clients include Oxford and Cambridge colleges, institutions, family trusts and major property investors, and we pride ourselves on taking a proactive, long-term approach to maximising asset performance.
The Role
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Trinity College portfolio, with a particular focus on the Trimley Estate in Felixstowe, dividing your time between our Cambridge and Trimley offices. There will also be flexibility to work from home.
Working alongside an experienced Partner, Graduate Surveyor and a wider team of facilities managers, accountants and specialist surveyors, you'll oversee every aspect of commercial property management, including:
Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
Managing rent collection, service charges and budgets
Lease management, licences, rent reviews and renewals
Property inspections, maintenance and compliance
Health & Safety and risk management
Sustainability initiatives across the estate
Supporting strategic asset management decisions
Mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial property professional who is commercially minded, proactive and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing commercial property portfolios
Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
Experience of service charge budgeting and administration
A solid understanding of property compliance and Health & Safety
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A collaborative approach with the confidence to take ownership of your portfolio
MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential for candidates with the right level of experience.
