A leading M\&E provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a dynamic team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic chance to work with a company that is thriving in the market and renowned for internal progression and training.

* Competitive salary of £39,000 - £41,000
* Monday to Friday, 07.00 - 15.00
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properies
Work within plant room environments and at high level from platforms and ladders (access and PPE provided)
* Maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner
Essential Knowledge:
* General and emergency lighting
* Power distribution
* Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
* Air handling units & fan coil units
* 3 Phase systems
* Emergency lighting
* Building management systems
* Fault finding
Qualifications & Experience:
* 18th Edition IEE
* Full electrical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ – Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent)
