Performing multi-trade maintenance, repairs, and general handyman duties across the site.
Laying floor protection
Taking down grid ceilings
Creating holes in aerated concrete walls
You will need to have an sds drill and 4inch grinder for the works. Either 110v or battery.
Valid CSCS card is essential.
Proven experience in a multi-trade handyman role.
Own tools appropriate for a range of repairs and maintenance tasks.
The rate is £19 - £20 per hour, with shifts being Monday - Friday
