Key Responsibilities
Lead the immediate transition and consolidation of legacy ERP environments into a single IFS Cloud platform. Own the long-term strategic direction, governance, and continuous roadmap evolution to maximise future system value.
Define and maintain the future-state enterprise architecture, ensuring all core business applications and systems align with long-term business strategy.
Oversee integration architecture, data flows, and system connectivity to ensure a clean, simplified application landscape during and after the migration.
Drive improvements in reporting, data visibility, and analytics by standardising master data structures across the newly unified environment.
Ensure systems remain secure, stable, compliant, and aligned to business needs throughout the transition period.
Lead the internal business systems team and coordinate delivery across external technical partners, software vendors, and system integrators.
Act as the strategic advisor and go-to expert for complex ERP, enterprise architecture, and application challenges.
Experience
Strong background working with ERP platforms, including specific expertise in IFS implementations or IFS Cloud environments.
Proven experience leading large-scale ERP consolidation or transformation projects, ideally migrating from multiple legacy systems to a single platform.
Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application mapping, and landscape simplification.
Extensive experience operating across integrated systems, with strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and complex data migration strategies.
Exposure to cloud-based ERP upgrades, evergreen release cycles, and ongoing platform improvement.
Strong familiarity with reporting, data standardisation, and enterprise analytics tools.
Thorough understanding of security, access control, compliance, and risk mitigation during major system transitions.
Experience leading business systems teams and managing strategic relationships with external suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Deep alignment with core enterprise workflows and business processes such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
