The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This role brings together cloud architecture, AI‑driven product development and IT operations, supporting both internal business processes and customer‑facing platforms. You will play a central role in shaping digital capability, working across technical strategy, system delivery and day‑to‑day operational performance.
The Head of Digital Services will:
Lead the development of customer‑facing digital platforms, including fleet and operational management tools.
Design and implement internal systems and automation tools to support business operations.
Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including hardware and system availability.
Oversee cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security and performance.
Support deployment pipelines, version control and infrastructure management processes.
Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated digital and operational solutions.
The Head of Digital Services will have:
Strong experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript.
Extensive experience working with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, with knowledge of AWS.
Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
Experience using infrastructure and deployment tools including Terraform and Git-based systems.
Experience developing or supporting AI‑driven applications or automation systems.
Proven experience leading technical teams within fast‑paced environments.
