We're looking for an Operative who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, takes pride in delivering quality work and values safety, collaboration and continuous learning.
Travel, working away, and day and night shifts form part of this varied, hands-on role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting bridge, structures and highway maintenance projects
* Working safely with tools, plant and equipment
* Following site procedures, safe systems of work and project plans
* Assisting colleagues to deliver work safely and efficiently
* Maintaining plant, vehicles and equipment
* Promoting high standards of safety and quality on site
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys contributing to a team, building positive working relationships and delivering work to a high standard, alongside:
* CSCS Card
* Experience in highway maintenance
* Plant and machinery tickets
* A positive and safety-conscious approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
