Exciting opportunity to be part of a NEW STORE OPENINGWhat You'll Be Doing as Assistant Manager:
Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Driving sales and store performance through key KPIs including sales, conversion, and ATV
Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
Supporting day-to-day store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising standards
Coaching and developing team members to maximise their potential
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Helping to build strong local relationships and represent the brand within the community
Ensuring the store reflects the brand's values, mission, and commitment to sustainability
Maintaining high standards of customer service, store presentation, and operational excellenceWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Department Manager, or experienced Team Leader within fashion, footwear, accessories, or a similar customer-focused retail environment
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of retail KPIs
A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
High standards for customer service, store presentation, and operations
Passion for ethical retail and sustainable fashion
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
