The school is looking to appoint an English Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2026. The successful English Teacher will deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering creativity, confidence and a passion for reading and writing. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, monitoring student progress, maintaining excellent classroom management, and supporting students to achieve their best outcomes.
The successful English Teacher will have:
• QTS with an English specialism
• Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for raising attainment and student achievement
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
