Salary:
* PAYE: £32,000–£40,000 per year (up to £45,000 for fully qualified plant operators)
* CIS: £180–£220 per day, plus additional rates for plant operators
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join our team delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping projects across the South of England. You'll work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out hard and soft landscaping works including paving, fencing, drainage, planting, turfing and topsoil preparation.
* Set out works from drawings and assist with quality checks.
* Operate hand tools, small plant and machinery safely.
* Carry out vehicle and equipment checks.
* Follow Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and PPE requirements.
* Work closely with Site Supervisors to deliver projects on time.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' landscape construction experience.
* NVQ Level 2 in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) with a valid CSCS/LISS Skilled Worker Card.
* Ability to read technical drawings.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Physically fit with good communication skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
* CPCS or NPORS plant qualifications.
* First Aid at Work.
* CAT & Genny training.
