Albion Search are currently working with a new division of an established regional contractor, to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis. The initial project is on the outskirts of Pocklington, working on a retirement village/bungalows.

The client are ideally looking for somebody who wants to grow with their business and who wants to progress with them. they have a wide scope of projects in the pipeline ranging from £1m - £10m in contract value.

The ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need experience in retirement villages. House building would be beneficial but they're looking for somebody with good rounded project experience, but most importantly, the willingness to grow with the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage the build programme

* H&S

* Inductions

* RAMS

* Permits

* Liaison with the client

* Director updates

* Manage trades & sub-contractors

* Ensure completion of each unit/plot on time

The client can offer a salary of up to £55,000 plus a company van.

You must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
