As a CYP Support Worker, no two days are the same. Some days might be movies, popcorn, games with building positive relationships; other days can be more challenging, with heightened emotions, distressed behaviour or situations where a young person may go missing. You’ll need to stay calm, patient and resilient, supporting young people through difficult moments while celebrating the good ones. It’s not always easy, but every small win makes a difference.
We’re looking for caring, reliable and resilient people who are passionate about helping children thrive. Experience is a bonus, but not essential!
