The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Essential:
Construction Site Management experience
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

Experience using Primavera P6
Experience using Civil 3D

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations from project commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and Health & Safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company procedures and environmental regulations.
• Review site progress and resolve construction issues efficiently.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, progress reports and safety documentation.
• Manage labour resources effectively to maximise productivity.
• Monitor programme performance and identify potential risks before they impact delivery.
• Ensure works are completed to specification and client expectations.
• Maintain excellent communication across all project teams.
• Undertake any additional duties as directed by the company.
Requirements
As Site Manager, you will also be expected to:
• Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
• Complete all project documentation accurately and on time.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive safety culture on site.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.
