We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Oriented Business Advisor to join our client's team in Cardiff on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with shop owners across various retail outlets such as supermarkets, petrol stations, independent shops, and cash and carries within your designated area. Your primary focus will be on promoting product availability, educating staff on products.

You will proactively plan your daily visits to meet set KPIs, analyse store data to identify sales opportunities, and ensure compliance with agreed trading terms. 

Experience working in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or field-based environment

Excellent planning, organisation, and negotiation skills

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated are
