We are a busy and growing joinery company specialising in high-quality doors and framing. Due to continued demand, we are looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Trainee Door Sprayer to join our production team.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in joinery finishing. Full training will be provided, but a good work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing doors and joinery products for spraying
* Sanding materials to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish
* Assisting with spraying and finishing processes
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Punctual and reliable
* Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment is beneficial but not essential
