Rates of Pay:
Chef de Partie - From £16.75 per hour (including holiday pay)
Sous Chef - From £19.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
Head Chef - From £222.36 per hour (including holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities:
As an Agency Chef, you'll step into busy kitchens and provide immediate support where needed:
Deliver high-quality dishes to each venue's standards
Adapt quickly to different kitchens and teams
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Work professionally under pressure
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams
What we're looking for:
We're looking for reliable chefs in Bournemouth who are ready to start work immediately:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
A professional, proactive attitude with strong timekeeping
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Two references to support your experience
