By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to step into a permanent role with them in client services or scientific services, confident, capable, and career ready.

• Scientific services: medical writing fundamentals, content development, and how new technology and AI are shaping modern medical communications
• Client services: managing client accounts, organising timelines, preparing call agendas and status reports, building strong client relationships, and supporting budgets, resourcing, and project planning
