We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run car dealership in Dartford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their career within a well-established and supportive environment.

Up to £31,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £38,000+
Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with no weekends

Modern facilities and professional surroundingsDuties as a Service Advisor:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service as a Service Advisor
Book and schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately in line with dealership procedures
Advise customers on service and repair requirements, maintaining transparency throughout the process
Complete all relevant paperwork and update electronic management systems correctly
Upsell additional services and products to enhance workshop productivity
Liaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of servicesRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive customer service role
Genuine passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
Organised, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Experience with Kerridge or main dealership management systems is preferred but not essential
