A well-established regional law firm with several offices across the Midlands and a long-standing reputation is looking to grow their Private Client team in Kettering.

The Role
They are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team in Kettering.
You would be joining a busy and well-regarded Private Client department and will handle your own caseload while also supporting the wider team.
The caseload will include:
Wills and estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Inheritance Tax planning
Trust creation and administration
You may also help support junior members of the team and work closely with senior colleagues within the department.
What They Are Looking For
They are ideally looking for someone who:
Is a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Has solid Private Client experience (around 5+ years PQE, although this is flexible)
Has experience dealing with wills, probate, trusts and IHT matters
Is organised and approachable
Enjoys building good relationships with clients
A STEP qualification would be a bonus, but it is not essential.
