We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production and Operations Coordinator to join a thriving global business based in Ilminster. Working across two busy departments you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of customers' orders and shipments. This is initially a temporary role for up to 3 months therefore you must be available immediately to be considered for the role and able to commit to the full duration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate closely with stores and production teams to ensure the timely dispatch of products to customers.
Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate courier collections and arrange transportation for outbound shipments.
Generate invoices, dispatch notes, and tracking information, and communicate shipment details to customers.
Respond to and resolve customer enquiries relating to shipments and delivery status.
Create, print, and release job cards for new work orders, order revisions, rework activities, and part batching to support efficient production operations.KEY SKILLS:
