What you’ll be doing as the successful Recruitment Consultant:

Manage full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement, with the support of an internal resourcing team

Sourcing, interviewing and matching top talent

Establishing and maintaining relationships with candidates and construction businesses in the area 

Proactive sales calls and client visits
