My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team in Exeter, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join an established project team.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Supervising subcontractors and site teams
* Toolbox talks
* Client and stakeholder liaison
* Health and safety compliance
* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
* Coordinating labour, plant and materials
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
* Monitoring quality and maintaining site records
* Reporting progress to the Project Manager
Site Manager Requirements:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* Previous Site Management experience
* Strong civil engineering background
* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
* IT literate
* Full UK driving licence
