Residential Conveyancer
📍 Newark (Nottinghamshire)- Hybrid- also have similar roles available in Mansfield, Nottingham, Leicester
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive legal firm at their Newark office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused legal professional looking to develop their career within a well-established and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
You will be confident handling your own files independently while delivering high standards of client care.
About You

- Licensed Conveyancers
- CILEX Lawyers
- Experienced fee-earning Paralegals with a strong residential conveyancing background
You will:
- Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements
- Full-time (5 days) or 4 days per week considered
- Based at our Newark office
- Following successful completion of a 6-month probation period (full-time office based), there may be scope for hybrid working at the Partners’ discretion
- Opportunity to work from our West Bridgford office where appropriate after probation
