We're currently recruiting for a reliable Fabric Technician / Painter & Decorator for a static site in Oxford (OX3).This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can support general fabric maintenance alongside painting and decorating duties.
Key responsibilities:
Painting and decorating across the site (internal and external)
Basic fabric maintenance - patch repairs, minor carpentry, fixing doors, locks, etc.
General upkeep of the building to a high standard
Supporting the wider maintenance team when needed
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in painting and decorating
Background in fabric maintenance / maintenance person work
Good eye for detail and quality finishes
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Own tools preferred
