PPA TEACHER ** HACKNEY ** Long-term/ Temporary ** £160 - £190 per day
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-regarded, supportive primary school in Hackney, London, to recruit an engaging and flexible PPA Cover Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a newly qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) to join a school where teamwork, professional development and pupil progress are at the heart of everything they do.

Role Overview
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range (KS1 and KS2) to cover teachers during their Planning, Preparation and Assessment time.
Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and curriculum areas.
Ensure continuity of learning by following the class teacher's planning and providing effective feedback.
Foster a positive classroom environment where every child feels supported and challenged.
Uphold the school's behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Work closely with year group teams to contribute to the wider life of the school when needed.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience working within a primary school setting is desirable, but ECTs are welcome to apply.
Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
Strong organisational skills and the confidence to teach in a variety of year groups.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
