Our client, a reputable supplier of high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment based in Castle Donnington, is looking to recruit a Customer focussed Sales Administrator to join their team. As Sales Administrator, you will have a customer excellence mindset, and play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their sales efforts. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities-        

Order Processing: Accurately input and process customer orders from the Sales Inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues, and provide information on products and services.
Record Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, and account information
Communication: Liaise between customers, sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Proactive Customer Support: Contact Bronze customers to share promotions, check dispenser status, and find growth opportunities.Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with order processing systems and CRM software.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
