About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Front of House / Receptionist to join a student accommodation property in Bournemouth.
This is a temporary ongoing position, with the potential to continue for up to six months. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front of house service, supporting residents and visitors, and helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors.
Provide a friendly, professional and customer-focused reception service.
Respond to resident and customer queries in person, by telephone and email.
Assist with the day-to-day running of the student accommodation property.
Support residents with queries and escalate issues where appropriate.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front of house environment.
Liaise with the wider on-site team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Complete general administrative and operational tasks as required.
Build positive relationships with residents and provide a high standard of customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing, reception or front of house role.
Experience within a hotel, BTR, Co-Living, PBSA, residential or similar environment would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
Strong customer service skills and a genuine focus on providing a positive experience.
Organised and able to manage a varied workload.
Confident dealing with enquiries and resolving issues where possible.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team.
A flexible and reliable approach to work.
