Ideal Candidate:
Holds, or is currently working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Educated to degree level, ideally within a relevant or specialist subject
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and classroom management
