What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the face of Workforce for a portfolio of key clients, managing everything from vacancy briefings to fulfilment and on-site check-ins
Sourcing, attracting and managing high volumes of temporary candidates, often with tight deadlines and evolving client demands
Using innovative candidate marketing strategies across job boards, social media, talent pools and LinkedIn to generate a constant flow of quality candidates
Work hand-in-hand with Candidate Resourcers and our Compliance Team to ensure fast and compliant placements
Managing and resolving any day-to-day client issues with professionalism and urgency
Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Regularly meeting with clients for reviews, site visits, and service check-ins What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience within the temporary recruitment sector, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or similar fast-paced sectors
Comfortable recruiting AND managing demanding clients simultaneously
Strong experience in candidate attraction strategies, you’ll know how to make job ads work, where to post, and how to get results
Resilient, organised, and capable of managing multiple clients and shifting priorities
A confident communicator who thrives on building long-term, strategic relationships
Whilst this is a non-sales role, we do expect our AM’s to be able to identify further opportunities within our customer portfolios.
Familiarity with CRM systems, CV databases, and KPI-driven environments. What we offer:
