Are you a qualified early years professional ready for your next career move? A friendly and well-established nursery in Didcot is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and wants to help children build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy a positive start to their education.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Carry out observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.
Work closely with the wider nursery team to provide high-quality care.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
