We’re on the hunt for a Legal Assistant who thrives on organization, loves a challenge, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced fee earners, preparing critical documents, managing case files, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing quotes and initial paperwork
* Processing documents, and updating systems to ensure files are accurate and complete
* Typing and preparing correspondence, documents and forms
* Liaising with third parties either by phone, email or written correspondence
* Keeping clients updated by phone and/or email
* Managing case files with precision and confidentiality

* A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Previous conveyancing legal experience or qualification
