The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Production Planner (18-Month FTC) – D365 Implementation

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing site in Corby during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a major business transformation project while ensuring production plans, capacity and customer delivery commitments are effectively managed across the site.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Engineering and Customer Liaison teams to develop achievable production schedules, manage manufacturing priorities and drive on-time customer delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain production schedules in line with customer demand and operational capacity
* Balance production requirements, material availability and resource constraints
* Manage production priorities to maximise delivery performance
* Monitor schedule adherence and identify risks to customer delivery
* Support planning activities associated with the D365 implementation project
* Ensure planning data and processes are accurately reflected within the ERP system
* Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Customer Liaison teams to resolve planning challenges and improve performance
About You
* Previous experience as a Production Planner, Manufacturing Planner, Master Scheduler or Production Scheduler within a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and customer delivery management
* Experience using ERP or MRP systems
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be advantageous
* Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
