The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are looking for an Interim Quality Practitioner to support a key quality improvement programme and help prepare the business for an upcoming certification audit. This is an urgent requirement, with an immediate start available for an initial 3–6 month contract based 100% on-site in Weymouth.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider business to review and improve the existing Change Management process, carry out gap analysis, and implement effective quality improvements. You will also be responsible for planning and leading internal audits, ensuring documentation and quality systems are fully audit-ready, driving corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the organisation.
A key part of the assignment will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and training on quality processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence teams within a regulated manufacturing environment are essential.
To be considered, you must have demonstrable experience working within an ISO 13485 Quality Management System, leading internal audits, managing change within a regulated manufacturing environment, and supporting organisations through external certification audits. Experience of delivering training and working effectively with stakeholders across different functions is also required.
