We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk role
Salary: £30,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am -5pm or 8am-4pm
Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk
* Focus on expenses
* Resolving invoice queries
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Processing internal expense claims
* Supplier liaison
* Day-to-day admin – answering the telephone, filing photocopying
Requirements for a successful Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk
* Experience in purchase ledger and supplier reconciliation
* Strong numeracy skills
* Attention to detail
* Good knowledge of Excel and SAGE
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
