Description
Schedule and manage appointments for customer service operations.

Optimise scheduling to maximise operational efficiency.

Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
Profile
A successful Scheduler should have:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in scheduling or coordination roles as well as customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools.
