The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We're looking for a Marketing Data & Insights Executive to join a growing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical marketer who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights. You'll use reporting, customer insights and email marketing to help improve campaign performance and drive business growth.
The role is primarily remote, with one day per week in the Reading office and occasional travel to other UK locations. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
The Role
You'll play a key role in measuring and improving marketing performance across multiple digital channels. You'll analyse campaign results, produce insightful reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and ROI.
You'll also manage email marketing campaigns from planning and delivery through to reporting and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Produce regular marketing reports and performance dashboards.
Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve results.
Monitor website, CRM, email and paid media performance.
Track key KPIs including traffic, conversions, engagement and ROI.
Gather customer insights through surveys and CRM data.
Plan, build and deliver email marketing campaigns.
Test and optimise subject lines, content and audience segmentation.
Support marketing automation and customer journey campaigns.
Manage the email marketing calendar.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver marketing objectives.About You
Experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics or marketing insights.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (Brevo experience is desirable).
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
