The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our clients growing team. This is a varied office-based role that combines office management, administration, and personal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and responding to emails, ensuring all correspondence is prioritised, categorised, and filed appropriately.
* Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries professionally.
* Managing the company's quoting system, preparing and following up on quotations.
* Monitoring and managing sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Processing and tracking job order renewals.
* Preparing and issuing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Coordinating worker schedules and ensuring efficient daily planning.
* Providing administrative support to management and acting as a Personal Assistant when required.
* Maintaining organised filing systems, both digital and paper-based.
* Ordering office supplies and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the wider team as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confidence in handling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and general office management software.
* A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
* The ability to work independently and use initiative.
