The school promotes a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience and a strong understanding of key mathematical concepts.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher on a full-time, long-term temporary basis from September. The successful Maths Teacher will deliver engaging lessons to secondary-aged students, supporting their development across the Maths curriculum while maintaining high expectations for achievement, progress and behaviour.
The successful Maths Teacher will have:
• QTS or QTLS with a Maths specialism (NQTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
