Key Responsibilities:
Administering Depot medication within the local community
Supporting adults with complex mental health needs
Medication ordering and management
Carrying out mental health assessments and risk assessments
Care planning, caseload management, and clinical documentation
Working closely with MDT professionals and external agencies
Updating and maintaining records using SystemOneEssential Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an RMN
Previous experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Experience administering Depot medication
Working knowledge of SystemOne
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
