We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly and busy HR team based in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, providing expert HR advice and supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

HR Advisor – Temporary
📍 Location: Redhill, Surrey
💷 Salary: £17.00 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
📅 Start: Immediate | Temporary contract until August 2026
What you'll be doing:
* Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers
* Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
* Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
* Supporting probation reviews and attendance management
* Assisting with recruitment during busy periods
* Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
* Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
* A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experience managing employee relations cases
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
* A professional, confidential and detail-oriented approach
