Location: Warrington (Kingsland Grange)
Pay Rate: £13.35 / hour
Contract: 12-Month Full-Time Contract (37.5 hours/week)
Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 07:15-16:00 | Friday 07:15-11:45 (Early Friday finish!)
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Assembly: Oversee the assembly of packaging materials (boxes, inserts, and labels). Ensure items are securely packaged according to standard operating procedures to prevent transit damage.
Accurate Labelling: Apply exact product labels, inventory identifiers, and required safety/regulatory information to maintain compliance.
Quality Control: Conduct routine quality inspections to check for defects or inconsistencies, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.
Site Preparation: Complete required gowning up/de-gowning procedures and maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
What You Bring to the Role
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, lab, or operations setting.
Education: Secondary education, High School Diploma, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Skills: Previous exposure to cGMP guidelines, cleanroom environments, or handling hazardous materials is highly advantageous.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
